We provide a comprehensive activity report with each monthly invoice. Our reports highlight every reporter or analyst with whom we've spoken to, the details of each conversation and any results achieved during the period. 3. We do not mark up out-of-pocket expenses. 4. No retainers. We work on budgets, not retainers. Retainer relationships require that you pay a fixed fee each month, regardless work performed on your behalf. We work with our clients to establish a monthly ongoing budget ceiling based on planned activity. Our billing methods follow your business cycles, because it is often good business to follow the cycles. By doing this, our clients are able to continue marketing through down cycles when the competition stops. 5. We are a small business, and we want to share in the success we create. TarComm Solutions will occasionally accept equity in exchange for reduced billings or expanded programs. 6. During the course of our long-term relationship with you, we will develop and manage a news media & analyst mailing list, speaking opportunity calendar, and editorial calendars. We adhere to the high road principles that we advocate, therefore, we believe that any lists and collateral that you paid us to produce belongs to you. If you decide to leave our agency, we will give you a complete copy of the things we produced on your behalf. And we challenge other firms to do the same. 7. We hold firmly to the ethical standards established by two industry associations. Those include the IABC Code of Ethics for Professional Communicators and the PRSA Member Code of Ethics. As a firm, we remain committed to the truth, and we are not “spin doctors.” In addition, we will not hype your stock. Although we provide some baseline investor relations services, we're not an IR agency, and we don't do stock promotion. We seek to build companies of lasting value and reputation. When you build value and reputation, all else will follow.
